We offer a 7-day full refund for first-time subscribers to the Pro and Career Pro plans, provided:
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment.
- You have not exported more than 3 resume documents during this period.
- Your account is in good standing.
✓ This guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Renewals are not covered.
02. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- Subscription renewal charges.
- Partial use of a billing period after cancellation.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality.
03. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings → Billing page.
- Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
